Refund policy

If you wish to return your order, or an item in your order, you may cancel your purchase within 14
days after the day of delivery, without providing any reason. After cancellation, you have another 14
days to return the item to us. When exercising your right of withdrawal, you will receive a refund of
the full order amount including the original shipping costs. Only the return shipping cost from your
home to our store is payable by you (approx. €7.25 per parcel; please check your carrier for exact
rates). To make use of this right, please contact us at: info@hunters.fashion. We will refund the order
amount within 14 days after your withdrawal notification, provided the returned product has been re
ceived by us in good condition. If you wish to return your order, or an item in your order, it needs to be
sent back to us within the 14-day return period. Subject to availability, we can exchange items that
are returned within this timeframe.

RETURN CONDITIONS

Returns are only accepted if the goods are in the same condition as they were sent in, meaning:
• not worn
• in original condition
• all original tags attached, including the yellow security tag (this tag may not be cut, removed,
or damaged)
• in original packaging
• shipped in a protective box
You are, of course, able to try on the items, but we advise doing so indoors and on
a soft surface to ensure the items remain in perfect return condition.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Due to hygiene reasons, returns are not accepted for:

  • Swim shorts,
    • Underwear (bottoms),
    • Cosmetic products,
    Unless the seal/sticker is removed or broken. If the seal is still intact, these items may be returned.
  • Sale items cannot be exchanged or returned

FAULTY ITEMS

Items considered faulty within fair wear and tear can be returned outside the 14-day window.
Upon receipt of the faulty item, we will inspect the item thoroughly. If the issue does not qualify as a
manufacturing fault, the item will be returned to you. Approved faulty items may be eligible for repair,
replacement, or a partial or full refund, depending on the nature of the fault.

REFUND TIMELINE

We will refund the full order amount within 14 days after you inform us of your return, provided the
item has been received back by us in good condition.
