RETURN & REFUND POLICY
If you wish to return your order, or an item from your order, it must be returned to us within 14 days of
delivery. Please contact Hunters before sending your return so we can assist you with the process.
Return Conditions
Returns are only accepted if all of the following conditions are met:
• The item is in original, unworn condition.
• All original tags, including our yellow security tag, must be fully intact and uncut.
• The item is returned in its original packaging, placed inside a shipping box.
• Items may be tried on, but we recommend doing so indoors and on a soft surface to avoid da
mage.
All return shipping costs are at the customer’s expens
Exchanges
Subject to stock availability, we can exchange items returned within the 14-day window. Sale items
cannot be exchanged or returned
Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns of:
• Swimwear
• Underwear
• Cosmetic products: Unless these items are returned unopened and in their sealed packaging
Faulty Items
Items considered faulty due to fair wear and tear may be returned outside the 14-day period.
Once received, the item will be inspected thoroughly. If the item is not considered faulty under fair
wear and tear standards, it will be returned to you. Items confirmed as faulty are eligible for repair,
replacement, or a partial/full refund, depending on the nature of the issue.
Returns Outside the Legal Window
Returns received outside the 14-day period cannot be accepted. In this case, you will be required to
arrange and pay for the return shipment back to you
Refunds
Once your return is registered and received in good condition, we will refund the purchase amount
within 14 days after your return request has been submitted.
